Located on the second level, the bonus room needed a refresh without breaking the budget.  We kept the performance fabric sectional and raffia coffee table but layered in some softer blue and gray accents. Adding a gray and white New Zealand wool rug brighten up the space while adding texture.  And of course some designer pillows to give the sectional some personality.  Still a teen-friendly space but keeping with the aesthetic of the home. ​

To update the guest room, we changed out the artwork and added new pillows.  Minimal changes that make a huge impact. Creating a high-end look at an affordable price point.
